What we measure
Reach is measured with PostHog (EU hosting), cookieless: no cookies, no browser storage for measuring, no profiles. Addresses are shortened before sending; dates and booking references never leave.
Searches
For demand statistics we store search parameters without personal data. A daily-rotating hash of IP and browser type separates sessions; it cannot be traced back to a person.
Hotels
When you continue to a hotel, your travel dates are passed to the hotel's site. From then on the hotel's privacy policy applies.
Bookings
When you book through Blue Bookings we keep a reference to your booking at the hotel, the dates and party size for 15 months; your name, e-mail and payment data go to the hotel only. One strictly necessary cookie (bb_co, 48 hours) ties an open booking to your browser. While you book, this browser tab keeps the contact details you entered, the children's ages, the number of dogs and your payment choice (session storage) until the booking ends; the contact details never reach our database.
